1. Service provider

2. Description of the Service

WatchCat provides uptime monitoring, cron monitoring, alerting, and related status and reporting features.

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Availability and reliability

We strive to provide a reliable Service, but:

• We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free operation.
• The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or external factors.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

5. No Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the Service is provided without any SLA. We do not guarantee:

• Response times
• Alert delivery times
• Monitoring accuracy
• Detection of all incidents

6. Monitoring limitations

You acknowledge that:

• Monitoring results depend on external networks and third-party systems.
• False positives or false negatives may occur.
• Alerts may be delayed or not delivered.
• The Service should not be used as the sole mechanism for critical safety, medical, or life-dependent systems.

7. Fees and payments

Some features of the Service may require payment.

• Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
• Monitor systems you do not own or have permission to monitor.
• Circumvent technical limitations or security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and content, remain with the Service provider.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
