Subprocessors

WatchCat uses the following third-party subprocessors to deliver the Service. These companies may process personal data on our behalf. We update this list when we add or remove subprocessors.

Core subprocessors

These subprocessors are active for all customers and are required to operate the Service.

User-configured notification integrations

These subprocessors are only engaged when you explicitly configure a notification integration in your account settings. Alert content (monitor name, status, timestamps) is sent to the destination you configure.

Payments

We use Stripe to securely process payments. Stripe acts as an independent payment processor and may process billing data outside the EU.

Important: Monitoring data and system data handled by WatchCat are hosted and processed exclusively within the EU.

Transfers outside the EU

Some subprocessors are located outside the European Union (marked "USA" above). For these transfers, appropriate safeguards are applied, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided under GDPR Article 46.
